I just got this to grind cocoa paste. I was loosing fingertips with my old style graters as the paste is hard & force is a must. This really works terrifically for cocoa paste If I am grating a fair amount of something I will use this.. but usually I don’t grate large quantities so I use hand held grater. However This is made well, and has a small footprint so I can leave in a spot on the counter. Easy to assemble, easy to use & clean. I hope the blades stay sharp, the suction is easy to use as well. I am happy with this so far. Graters are only good if they are sharp.. my hand held Wusthof graters are used daily and still sharp after 15 years.

Oh my gosh! I have bought mine and three others! They are by far my second most used tool in my kitchen. Good quality, perfect for slicing or grating. No more knuckles getting grated! This tool is safe, easy to assemble and easy to clean! Stores nicely with very little room needed.

This is a great little cheese, grater very easy to use and I love that it is dishwasher safe. It’s easy to assemble even my children can use it and it cuts through cheese like a dream. There’s a knob that you can twist that sticks it down to the countertop so it’s not moving all over. I definitely recommend.

Over the years, I have shredded a whole lot of cheese and I always break my graters. This cheese grater has been absolutely wonderful. Everything grates super fast and it is very easy to assemble, disassemble and clean. Sometimes I shred things just for the fun of it!
