I bought this item a year ago. It worked fine at first, than I noticed it was forming rust at the base of the swing arm. It eventually broke due to the rust. It was great while it last. However, I will not purchase again because I think I should have lasted longer than one year.

Simple, folds flat against the wall. Works great in my laundry room.
