I was delighted with theses. socks. They are very good quality indeed and I’m sure they will be very warm. Perfect for cold days.As I have woollen socks myself, I generally wash cold to avoid any shrinkage. However, I believe they can be washed at 30 degrees although expect some shrinkage may occur.They are stretchy too which is good as they will fit a range of sizes. The grandson I bought them for is 11 years old, and these are meant to fit up to 12 yrs, However, he has size 4 feet, so I expect he will need even larger ones next year, Lovely socks which i highly recommend.

Great quality and warm but run large

Bought these over a year ago for my toddler and they're still going strong, a little small now so buying the next size up. Really warm, good quality wool and wash well. They do get bobbly but no holes so far.

It look warm and beautiful at first wear but by second wear, it started to fluff and go hairy fluffs and nutty, I gave 3 stars because it was pretty and the design unique.

My son loves his warm and wooly socks. He now won't wear any other socks. I bought them a bit big and they should fit for a few years. They keep his feet warm in below zero temperatures. They are soft but do develop tiny little pills on the outside of the sock so no longer look new. This doesn't affect the comfort of the sock in the least and probably wouldn't have happened if I placed them in a wash bag before laundering. I will be buying these socks again as they are a great product at a great price.
