I LOVE this latex waist trainer!!! I have a fairly small waist -- approx. 24 inches, so I ordered a size X-Small. I have been waist training for about a year now. I usually order an X-Small, but this one fits much tighter than most that I have tried, so I would recommend that if you are not sure about sizing or if you are in between sizing, go with the larger one, particularly if you are new to waist training. If you have been wearing trainers/corsets for a while and prefer them to be extra tight, then go a size down. I could have gotten away with a size Small but I wanted it to be extra tight. I wear my waist trainer throughout the day and sometimes to workout in. I try to wear it at least 4 x a week. Even though I have a very small waist, I have a small gut just below my midsection that I try to hide underneath my tight-fitting clothes. This waist trainer helps to hide my lower stomach seamlessly under my clothes, and it also forces me to flex my abs throughout the day. I wear it in order to tighten & firm my midsection, and it also helps improves my posture tremendously; It seriously is a miracle for your posture, and also for back support- I find myself walking taller, which also makes you appear thinner, which is a plus! I sometimes work 10-12 hours a day and when I come home and take this off I feel like I have been in an ab class all day! My abs seriously hurt- which is so awesome because I know it's working!!! I will even feel the burn the next day!I ordered this in the bright pink color, and it is SOOO cute, even prettier in person (see my pics!). This looks super cute to workout in, but can also be hidden discreetly under your clothing throughout the day. This waist trainer has 3 rows of hooks (and differs from zip-up waist trainers) which is important for two reasons: When your waist becomes smaller you can adjust the trainer to the next set of hooks in order to further tighten your waist. Also, I find that a second really helpful aspect to the multiple rows of hooks is that you don't have to completely line them up, you can "customize" the fit for your body shape. So, for example, if the top part of your waist is much smaller than the bottom part, as mine is, you can hook the top hooks to the third (last) row of hooks together, while hooking the bottom hooks to the first or second rows of hooks. What I mean by this is that you don't have to follow the hooks in the exact same row if you want a certain portion of it to be tighter/looser, which you cannot do in zip-up waist trainers. In this way you can kind of adjust it/customize it to your specific body shape. All in all, this is a a great quality product, especially for the price, and I highly recommend it!
