I was looking for a small waterfall bucket, so many large ones I had to weed thru online. Also, after research of reviews, a lot of people had problems finding their own attachments for a waterfall bucket that didn't come with one. So I know it was extra $, but worth skipping the frustrations of this DIY project when we are already setting up a pool with it's own obstacles. I bought this to have a waterfall feature into the stock tank pool we're setting up and it's perfect. I didn't expect the bonus of the having the water outlet at the right height in the bucket to hit at the top area of the "wall" in front of it to make the water spillage a little more "rough" like a natural waterfall would be like. Sounds like a babbling brook pouring into our 2 ft deep pool.

The size of this unit was perfect for my setting. It was shallow, but not too light weight. It was easy to install and hide away behind rocks. And the flow is terrific.

I have been adding water to a small backyard waterfall/pond for years. Could never get the water spilling over the rocks to stay put. Added this spillway and no longer lose a drop
