Instructions
the bike seems pretty good but the assembly instructions need to be clearer still haven't worked out how to attach all the wires

Assembly instructions not very friendly. NOT Bluetooth enabled
PurchaseBike arrived in about 200 pieces for assembly. It had a massive crack in the pedal shaft so I asked Amazon to exchange. They chose instead to refund as the cost of returning would be high due to weight.I was advised to keep the item and assemble to see if it still worked prior to reordering and to dispose of not working. The crack makes the housing wobble and it isn't as sturdy as it could be but seems ok at the moment.AssemblyInstructions are a combination of numbered wording and exploded diagrams which take some time to deciphe. The wiring instructions are near on impossible to understand. I ended up with a trial and error approach which eventually paid off!I spent ages trying to connect to Bluetooth but have come to the conclusion that this model is not bluetooth enabled despite the advertisement. You can download the app but it appears to be pointless.ProductIn terms of the bike itself:It's quiet... completely silent, so much so that you can watch TV while using it.The seat is comfortableThe resistance dial worksIt's recumbent which is more comfortable for me than leaning on my hands cycling.Good bike for knee rehab which is my aim.

It broke in a year
This product only lasted a year, and we did not use it that much either

Wiring is messed up.
It's a great bike, but the wiring is a mess. The instructions aren't correct as it tells you to connect one wire with 2 ports to 3 different things. I've been puzzled by this for days. The bike itself is good though.

Excellent customer service and support from Fit4Home when I returned the bike.
I ordered this bike and once assembled it just wasn't for me. I have impaired mobility and this particular model did not suit me. I processes the refund/return via Amazon but ultimately ended up dealing directly with the company. Their customer service is exceptional and Haleema was amazing. After several telephone calls everything was refunded proportionally. Would highly recommend this company. Unfortunately still waiting for Amazon to refund the shipping cost as a Prime Member.

Good value
Overall its decent. Does what it is supposed to even though it seems cheaply made. Exposed wiring and the instruction manual was very confusing as parts weren't labelled and the diagrams were alot to take in. I had 2 screws left and goodness knows where they are for 😅. But it feels safe and sturdy. No wobble and no squeak. Comfy seat too unless you are over a size 20 then your bum wouldn't fit. Mine only just fits and I'm I'm 18 to 20 uk size. Hope this helps.

Problems resolved
I initially had some issues with this bike, hence my previously low score. However after speaking to their support team my issues are well in hand and I have all confidence that they will be rectified (new computer module in post). I can only applaude them for their care and concern.

Very comfortable to use
Very comfy bike to use esp if you have a bad back as it supports you whilst you cycle. Did not attempt to connect the wires as instructions are awful! I just use my Apple Watch. Also the device holder is very low down and when you cycle your knees hit it so I don’t use that either. I imagine it would also give you a sore neck! My seat is at the lowest setting as well. Overall if you just want it to cycle on then it’s great
