Great oatmeal melt and pour soap base
It’s nice to find an oatmeal soap base, since we are dry skin folks and find oatmeal so helpful, and this one is reasonably priced. The soaps I made from this MP base had a good clean feeling after washing your hands. My hands tend to be dry, so it was perfect once some grape seed oil and touch of vitamin E oil were added. Careful with too much added oil, because it became hard to work up a lather. I’m still perfecting my recipe so I can have a balance of moisturizing vs. drying. The lather is the only thing I’ve had issues with, because even though the oils weighed down the bubbles, the soap didn’t leave an oily feeling on my hands. Just a nice soft finish.

Does what I need it to.
This soap does work really well for molding I just have the user error of I might be over heating it since it starts solidifying while I'm pouring it. The colors and scents I add to hold up well. I haven't paid any attention to the moisturizing so i cant say anything on that. If you dont add a scent it just smells like plain soap. But I like this soap it does what I want and it works well when I finally heat it up properly. Lol. But this is a good product.

Smells awful but great for beginner
It is an awful smell. Horrible. No matter how much scent I mix in with it, it just has an awful smell to it. As I'm new to soap making (using do epoxy molds) this will help me practice as when I mess up I'm not bummed out about wasting good soap. Also doesn't lather very well.It does take in color beautifully though. So again... good for practicing my technique. :)

Decent quality
This soap is thick and takes a while to melt. I is lay get 25 bars out of 5 pds but with this brand I only got 23 bars in my soap molds. It doesn’t have a smell and it takes herbs and turmeric powder very well.

Great Soap Base
Used to make my Oatmeal, Chamomile, Milk & Honey bars. I received 5.25 pounds, and was able to make 18 big bars with 3/4 of the base. Is easy to use, melts really good, and using only 10% of additives of the total weight of the batch, the final product was a beautiful moisturizing and exfoliating soap. Will buy from now on.

Moisturized Lather Feels Good
Easy to work with. Presents with a very crisp white color and firm texture. The best part is in the use...it lathers extremely well. Leaves a satisfying feeling on skin. Good produt to use for your soap base.
