I haven't used this long enough to see if my platelet levels have increased but because of the sickly sweet taste I just can't buy another. I do understand that the taste of papaya leaves is bitter but I'd rather get it neat and add a little maple syrup or something.

I started using 2 tablespoons a day when my 2d platelet injection (nPlate) only showed an increase of 2. With the liquid added, the following week it increased by ten, I upped to 3 times daily and within 4 days it went up another 11 points, allowing me to finally have a chemo treatment after 3 months of low platelets and nearly 2 months of expensive drugs and injections. The injections are completed but I will continue to use this product for as long as my blood counts show it is working. Taste is strong but not objectionable. Can dilute it with water for a milder flavor.

I received the bottle and when I tasted it, it was as sweet as a pancakes syrup. To my knowledge, papaya leaves taste bitter. they have added some kind of sweeteners that they did not mention on their ingredients. I don’t know why they are hiding the real ingredients which has sweeteners of some kind because the product taste very very sweet like Syrup exactly I don’t recommend purchasing something you don’t know what it contain
