blades too flexible, food gets entrapped between blades impeding there ability to cut.

Got this to slice 40pounds of cold brisket. So much better than regular household electric knife. Did let it cool off a couple times while slicing all 40 pounds. Definitely glad I got it.

This is the only brand knife I will use. I smoke turkey and pork loins during the holiday season. This knife is what I use to slice the meat withevery time. I smoke around 60 pork loins between Thanksgiving and Christmas and this knife is really important to me. Easy on the handsto use.

Knife worked great. I was a little unsure when I first received it. The body/motor felt big and bulky. But when I used it I didn't notice any of that. It was very comfortable and cut like a champ.
