This product has many great reviews but i was still a bit hesistant to buy it due to the area we are planning to install it and how strict our HOA is.MEASUREMENT:I provided the seller the exact measurement and picture of where we are planning to install the sunshade. The seller then sent me their recommended measurement (including all attachements) and believe me when i say that the measurement of the entire sunshade set up was perfect. The sunshade came to the very end of our patio and did not go over our neighbors patio . I mean perfectly aligned!STYLE:Its a simple but classy design. The fabric is easy to clean with water and Shout (stain remover). Its cordless and the crank handle is removable and very easy to use. The shade rolls smoothly. We got so many compliments from our neighbors and best of all our HOA didnt complain about it.

This shade is exactly as described and works well. Like so many others have mentioned here, the customer service has been excellent with this seller. They communicated in advance to formalize the custom dimensions for the shade and, when it arrived, I had no issues with the fit. The mounting instructions were easy and all of the hardware arrived intact. It took me about an hour to assemble, measure, and mount the shade.

These blinds are excellent!! I highly recommend this product for quality and customer service. I originally purchased two beige blinds to block sun exposure and maintain privacy between us and our neighbor. They worked so well that I decided to enclose the entire patio with these shades: I purchased 6 total beige shades 50% (est. (2) 81”W x 73”; (2) 55”W x 60” H; (2) 56”W x 80”H). I recently found that all shades work great as an outdoor projector backdrop which looks amazing at night.InstallationI installed these shades to the bottom of my deck which is about 10’ from the ground. I installed the mounting hardware first and the shades last as recommended. Equipment used included a ladder, leveling tool, power drill, etc. Four of the areas I wanted to conceal the shades, so I installed in the interior using combination of bolt/nut and L shaped brackets. Two of the shades (81”W) were top mount which should have been simple but I measured one too close to exact (Slightly too wide is bad between columns!!) but luckily I was able to shave the corner of one blind using a box cutter to slide the shade into the fixed mounts. Lastly, I used sticky tack as a spacer for the widths that were not exact.FunctionalityEach shade comes with a hand crank tool. This would have worked easily but 4 were slightly too high (10’ plus) and we as a family are slightly vertically challenged. At first, I purchased a step stool which worked fine. Ultimately, because I had six shades, I looked for auto crank option and purchased the manual awning conversion kit 42” ($79.99 on amazon). This conversion kit uses a power drill to automatically turn the crank. Two issues I had with the conversion kit was that it was not long enough and second more importantly, the hook is much larger than the crank tool hook supplied with these shades (Mounts are fairly flush and do not have a large space for crank hook). To solve this problem, I duct taped the crank tool supplied with this conversion kit and it works perfectly (Pic attached).Wind and BeesKeep in mind where you’re mounting the shades. Two shades I allowed to rest freely without using the bottom hooks to support due to air flow and limited areas of support. One shade attracted a bee that began chewing through the bottom of one of the shades (easy fix).Please don’t let the details of my review deter you from purchasing. Again, I highly recommend these shades. I write very limited reviews because over time problems occur with any product but so far so good!! Hope this helps!

Cannot say enough good things about this company. Even though they’re based in China, they texted me soon after the purchase on Amazon to make sure the measurements I had sent were correct. They even offered to send one out of four roller shades to make sure I liked the fabric and to confirm dimensions were correct, and if needed to send out a replacement.Everything was beautifully packaged and shipped in a timely manner, and all the shades were installed without any issue. Quality looks great and I expect these to last a long time.

Best source I've found for larger custom sized roller blinds. Don't be put off by the ordering procedure in which the seller contacts you before finalizing order to confirm measurements for your particular application. Ours was not a typical use or installation so it was helpful to be in touch with the seller to be sure we both understood the measurements. Our blind and hardware came perfectly sized, well worth the extra day or two needed to confirm the measurements.The roller mechanism is impressive. After the roller end hardware is in place there's about an inch of lateral adjustment to fine tune the position of the fabric. The hardware seems very well designed and operated smoothly.

Does the job of blocking the direct sun out and still be able to see thru it at the same time. Easy to install but I wish they could offer a larger width size. We got the maximum width of 94" but needed one about 16" wider for our opening, thus we had to purchase some longer elastic cord to replace the short bungee tie down straps they give you.I feel it's a bit overpriced for what your getting but in hindsight I could have saved some money by ordering a shorter shade. We find that we don't need to lower it more than 6ft to achieve our sunblock.Good customer service...they email to confirm size, color, etc. before processing order. Takes a couple weeks till you receive item. All in all we are happy with product...we'll see how it holds up over time

It was a bit difficult to figure out and which bracket go where . There was a space at the top cause the bracket with the roll up make the space more narrow so I had to let fall off the board and into the brick. When I figure out the roll up piece and to screw off and turn down then screw back on. Everything works and I like it actually .

we received the custom cut blinds, they are the wrong size, the company has never responded t my messages and emails. VERY expensive for what is comparable to a Walmart blind....very disappointing.
