Great length and zests/grates easily
Great for zesting citrus fruits and hard cheeses. I used this the other night for some avgolemono soup with lemon garlic toasts. It zests lemons with very little effort and seems to do a quicker job than other graters I've used. It also creates really fine shreds of parmesan cheese which look great when you're finishing off an italian dish.Because it's a little longer than other graters I've owned, it makes quick work of hard cheeses. Love that it comes with a plastic sleeve so you don't accidentally grate your knuckles off when reaching into the kitchen drawer! I found cleaning it was really easy under the sink, but it also comes with what looks like a pipe cleaner tool in case you can't get all of the food particles out with just the faucet. The rubber handle is nice as well. It gives you a really good grip and doesn't hurt your hand. Well made and gets the job done!

No more zested knuckles :D
Needed one of these after accidently zesting my knuckles way too many times on my multi sided grater. Slimmer design means it doesn't get in the way as much as larger ones so I don't grate my fingers to death. Must have if you grate/zest anything.

Great Grater
Zester works very well on fruits like lemon & limes. Has never turned rinds into mush. Still a bit of a pain to clean - even with the brush, which has been useless. Comes with a guard for keeping the edges sharp and my fingers out of it in the drawer. No need to press too hard. Has an excellent grip with a hole for hanging. Have not tried it on cheese yet.

Nice Zester
I ordered zester because I don't have one.I cook a lot, and needed a zester for some of the things that I cooked. Also needed a way to mince garlic into small pieces and this worked well for me. What I like about this is that he's very sharp and die. I was a little bit they send a little cleaning brush with the zester so it makes clean up really easy. I was able to use this for my orange zest lemon zest in three recipes as well as savory recipe I love this item!
