It seemed to work great , no complaints , all in all it was easy swallow , no bad tastes , worked very well to reduce the pain and flare ups of inflammation in my knees !! Which is why I stated taking this!!Pain is reduced and if I don’t take this with my pain meds , I’m worse off ! It is significantly helpful and helped decrease in the amount of pain medication I have had to take ( which I think is awesome ) !!

I had trouble finding US made supplements and I feel so much safer knowing these are made here. I'm also happy to reduce the mileage any product travels to me.

Easy to swallow

I like the product very much. I used it for joint aches and pains and it’s added other benefits.

As for the flavor; these are capsules, so there is no noticeable taste to them. This supplement contains 20,000 mg of organic turmeric curcumin, 400mg of turmeric root, 100 mg of ginger root, and 10 mg of black pepper. There are 90 easy to swallow capsules in the bottle. The capsules leave no aftertaste and I have experienced no side effects. I like that the capsules are vegan. I am not taking them for pain, so can’t comment on effectiveness in that regard, but like taking something to help curb inflammation in general.

I've been struggling with arthritis in my hands for the last few years and have tried a lot of various "joint support" products. Out of everything, tumeric and especially tumeric with black pepper and ginger seem to work the best. It isn't an instant solution. I've been taking tumeric for several months now and can't pinpoint exactly when I first noticed that my hands didn't hurt half so much, but I am seeing results now. These pills have the combination of ingredients that seems to be the most effective for me. I won't claim that there is totally no pain, but it has been reduced considerably. So these are easy to swallow and work in the long run, but you have to give it time to work.
