Happy with them alongside keto diet
So far so good, reduced appetite, more energy, lost 2lbs in 3 days, definitely stop taking them around 5pm any later they can effect sleep. Easy to swallow no noticeable taste, not too expensive, overall happy and will be ordering more

If only it did me any good. Took it as directed, no decrease in weight. Might have actually put some on. Big capsules but easy to swallow

Lost 1.5 stone in two weeks!
I started a keto diet eating strictly under 20g carbs per day. I was already gluten and diary free and weighing 9 stone. In two weeks of taking these (three per day,1 morn, 1 lunch, 1 eve) I lost a stone and a half! Also I didn't feel hungry or have any cravings as I'd expected to and my energy levels are amazing! I've levelled out now at 7.5 stone and not losing any more weight but definitely sticking to the keto diet supported by these as I just feel amazing!
