I love this thing! It hurts, true… that’s how you know it is actually plucking the hairs 😉… but its relatively small “business end” makes it possible to limit the pain by only plucking a tiny area at a time. Also: user tip: it hurts much less when you pull the skin very taut. The payoff is: mischief managed for a couple of weeks. Honestly, I pluck single hairs between epilator sessions…but it is really just not workable to tweeze hairs that grow on the underside of my chin, because you have to see what you’re doing or risk plucking off a chunk of flesh instead of a whisker. BUT! The epilator can! It can safely epilate areas that cannot be visualized with a mirror for tweezing. So that makes this goodie worth 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have an older model that works so well that I purchased another one since it is getter old. The new one is a bit smaller and does not work as well. Still okay, but not what I was expecting.

Bought this to replace some other make Bayliss I think This is far superior, didn't find it hard to use at all really pleased with it and don't find it at all uncomfortable.
