This is inexpensive embroidery floss I like it because it doesn't knot up much. I believe it's poly/cotton.. that's what keeps it from knotting.If you're looking for 100% cotton, stick with DMC.

I bought this to sew some spider web patterns on a Spider-man pillow I'm making for my Grandson. However, it's too thick for my needs. For as thick as it is I thought it would be strong, but, nope, it tears apart with little work.

This is standard mid grade embroidery floss. It's perfect for something like a friendship bracelet. You might want to upgrade for a fancy tapestry or upscale clothing.

Good for making bracelets. Needed some more black and white because the sets of colors usually only come with one of each.

I've been using these for hand embroidery, and they work great, but I noticed it's a cheaper thread that frays easily and makes my work look sloppier than it normally would with quality embroidery thread.

Whether you are looking embroidery threads or helping little ones make friendship bracelets - this is a great value. Easily separate into strands for your projects, or stays together well for the bracelets. The threader was a great added bonus.
