Bulk Dried Fruit 100 percent Organic Date Pieces with Oat Flour Bulk 5-pounds

These are exceptionally good date pieces...moist and delicious. Very suitable for adding to recipes. I blended a small quantity on high speed (as if grinding grain) in my Blendtec blender, and they were perfect for forming into delicious date balls. I also dehydrated them and ground them into date sugar. They are suitable for multiple uses, including in granola and just plain snacking.

Have ordered this product regularly, always received within a reasonable amount of time and of good quality.

We use dried dates in some of our baking, especially Middle Eastern cookies etc. We will find a way to use, perhaps by soaking in liquid before adding to batters. The product premise is excellent, rolled in oat flour (?) to get a better mix in dough. Don't believe I will order this product again. Sorry.

The taste is good, but the quality control is poor - lots of ends, stem pieces, etc :( I couldn’t reliably cook with it so had to dispose of the vast majority of my order. Very disappointing.
