- MULTIPLE INDUSTRY USES - The Voltage / Frequency curve can easily be adjusted at multiple points depending on the torque characteristics of the load. This means whether you are driving pumps, fans, machines or manufacturing equipment, you can get motors running at the proper speed without creating damaging or nuisance transients on the electrical system. Rapid torque response of <20 milliseconds provides precision control for machining operations
- FREE SOFTWARE SUITE - For simple applications, drive commissioning can be done right from the keypad on the front of the drive. However, for more complex configurations or when programing multiple drives, the free software suite makes it easier to access the drive's full feature set. It allows you to optimize the drive tuning, back up the configuration and set up communications networks
- IGBT POWER MODULE - At the heart of every motor drive are the inverter transistors. Our VF Drives come with advanced modern IGBTs equipped with real time temperature monitoring of the actual transistor junctions. This provides accurate overload protection, while preventing unnecessary nuisance trips. Precise control algorithm prevents power line spikes when transitioning from forward to reverse torque operation
- COOLING AND PROTECTON - All systems come with an independent airflow channel to minimize dust infiltration. 7.5kW and below models have modular wireless fan block for rapid fan replacement. Cooling fan speed is determined from instantaneous load, and heat sink temperature
The HV300 is a general purpose variable frequency motor drive suitable for a wide range of 3 phase motor speed control applications. The HV300 comes ready to operate in any of the 3 basic control modes; simple V/Hz, sensorless vector (open loop) or closed-loop through onboard PID controls. The drive has a number of flexible communication and I/O options making it suitable for applications such as HVAC, pumping, tool control, air compressors, and production machinery.
