I don't often submit reviews but feel this is substantiated and helpful to others. I've taken this product once daily for a bunch of years- panic attacks/anxiety have been alleviated as well as mid-day fog. I am an almost 70 woman and can keep up with the young kids at work. It takes time to have full effect so don't be discouraged after a couple weeks and yes, there are days in which I suffer fatigue but rare. Well worth the money. Highly recommended!

Perfect thing to take if you are just "chillin" somewhere and dont plan to do anything that requires much physical movement after taking it. Felt relaxed in my head and body.

This has been a very effective sleep aid for me. I had tried many different supplements with not a lot of success. An endocrinologist did an evening cortisol blood draw and found my levels to be elevated. Ashwagandha was recommended, so I ordered these and found myself finally being able to get to sleep quicker and stay asleep. I haven't felt weird, overly tired, or hung over the next day.

Great because the pill is small and I only need to take one. Can be on the more expensive side. I don't think it does anything for sleep quality so I just take it during the day.

I had an adverse effect from the Ashwaganda, But this is not the fault of the manufacturer. I like this company because it voluntarily does third-party testing for purity
