Superb taste,obviously its a bit expensive but we are spoilt for choices here,The Indian Steel cut Oats are horrible in taste and texture,they taste like Wheat but this is one of the most famous Steel Cut Oats in the US market,The Amazon us reviews are very positive.Steel Cut Oats Also referred to as Irish or Scottish oats, this variety is made when the whole groat is cut into several pieces, rather than rolled. Steel-cut oats look almost like rice that's been cut into pieces. This variety takes the longest to cook, and has a toothsome, chewy texture that retains much of its shape even after cooking.Steel-cut oats have been portrayed as healthier than other more processed forms of oatmeal.This is based upon having a lower glycemic index.Though negligible the only difference is the superb texture and taste.

The Bob Red Mills Steel cut oats is the best oats I have tasted till date. I eat it with more than half cup of oats mixed with less than half cup of milk ,then bring to boiled condition and then add Bob's oats.Cook for 8 mins and then serve with honey,little amount of cashew and and dry raisins. Its the best taste I have figured out, with oats tasting quite natural. The only Con I could find and is a little turn off for me to an extent is the price of it. Its too costly but its the best. It would be nice to bring the price down to INR 350 at least.

This product was sold on Amazon as being certified USDA organic, including an image of a bag with organic certification. However, the product that I actually received has no organic certification. When I complained to Amazon about it, they said that it was a non-returnable item and that they could only send me a full refund, which they did right away. Thank you.

The product I got is not Organic. The product picture and description says it is Organic.

I am having gluten intolerance and there are not many options in the market, even other gluten free oats are not 100% gluten free because they are processed in the same factory which also process wheat products. So there is a chance of cross contamination. Only Bob's Red Mill Gluten free Oats are 100% gluten free. Price is very high if you compare with local products, but it's not for everyone. Only people having gluten intolerance needs to consume it.
