IF THIS COULD GET 20 STARS.....HERE THEY ARE
I am not a professional baker, but now I am....I have never had such great success - even when I thought I wouldn't...this pan is beyond your wildest dreams. I have been using it over the holidays for all kinds of quiches, deep dish pies and so on..BUT...tonight I made a deep dish apple pie that had the thinnest crust and was the first time making this recipe. The instructions said to cool for four hours. The crust was so thin that I knew that it would never come out of the pan in one piece without leaking all over the place before putting it in my serving piece. WRONG!!! Who invented this????? They should be on Shark Tank! These are photos of my authentic Quiche for Christmas buffet and my apple deep dish pie for tonight's dinner party....need I say more? The apple pie slid right off the bottom onto my pie slider into my serving piece and looks amazing. DO NO hesitate to buy this... Wish I owned stock in this company!

Love it!
This is a game changer. I am able to make lovely galettes and pies that are deep and have lovely crisp pie crusts. No soggy bottoms! The removable bottom is perfect for get the pie or galette out of the pan so everyone can see the golden brown crust. Love it!

Love It...
Baked a peach pie in my new Cosori Oven and it came out beautifully. I really like the way it comes apart so easily by using a jar to take the pie out and you can then put it right onto a plate for cutting without any problems at all. Every part of the crust came out perfectly, too. I do really recommend this product.

The best pan for baking pies!
I have several more expensive pie pans that don't bake as well as this one. No more soggy crusts. You can even lift out a full, hefty slice without falling apart. This pan leads to impressive and aesthetically pleasing pies. Although I used it for an apple pie, it would work equally well for a deep-dish pizza, quiche, or other savory or sweet-baked recipes.

Makes beautiful crusts!
Pan works especially well with commercial crusts... works out to a perfect tart-sized crusts. Was skeptical of how well it would do for a crispy crust, but performed beautifully. Makes it easy to create a wonderful pie or quiche. Well worth having!

Best pie pan ever!
This is by far the best pie pan I’ve ever used. With my homemade apple pie the extra juices drain through the bottom of the pan so the crust stays firm and not soggy. Brilliant! Very easy to clean too!
