It had no Amazon packing. But the kadai is wonderful, I used it for making coconut burffi, hardly any material sticks to the pan, satisfied with shape, size and quality of the Indian product

Product is exactly as described, well constructed and on the heavier side. Handle quality is good.If you heat the pan properly before cooking you can use the natural non stick properties of stainless steel. That makes you use less oil for cooking.Cleaning is also easy.

I love this Kauai. Calling it my favorite breakfast kadai. I was compelled to write this review after using for 2 months.1. Very easy to use while cooking since it has long handle on one side. So you can hold and stir without handles getting hot.2. The other short handle has a silicon space so it’s easy to lift even while it’s hot.3. Size is ideal for a family of 4 or 5. It’s deep shape is ideal for Indian cooking.4. I do most of the breakfast in this kadai, so it’s easy to serve in the same kadai. No need to transfer. Even kids can hold and serve themselves.5. Cleaning is easy since it doesn’t stick much. I have made gravies and curries too. Whatever sticks comes off easily while cleaning.I would say it’s a damn good investment. Fully worth the price. Go for it.

Met expectations

This is the best kadai in India. There is no other product like this in India. I searched everywhere across all brands, this is the best one I found, there is one in Vinod similar to this, but it doesn't have lid, this comes with lid, thus is best to for using by holding the handle, that's why I bought this, you can cook almost everything in this, deep fry, saute, I have cooked, Noodles, pasta, chicken fry, curry, egg, made a sweet, it does not stick to the vessel as it is tryply and thick, just go for it, and if you are looking for larger size than this, then you will not get the handle, then I would suggest you to go with bergner kadai, for smaller and medium size you can buy from Stahl as it comes with handle and lid. The sparkling silver finish vanished almost immediately after I cooked something over the flame. I’ve got used to the discoloration now. But otherwise the pan is well made, the handle is insulated from heat and I have no other complaints. Use it regularly.

Reasonable size, good to cook for 3 to 4 people…very thick … weighs more than expected
