"Made in USA, Limited Edition, Soft Flying Disc Toy for Dogs (Americana, 10 inch)

We have a young redbone coonhound who loves the outdoors. He'll spend hours outside just sniffing the air or laying out in the sun. I ordered him a watermelon floppy disc two years ago and it's his favorite in the snow and one of his favorites the rest of the year round. I'll throw it fifty times before he gets tired or bored. He did originally try to play tug-of-war with the disc with me or our other dog, but simply putting it away when we're done throwing it solved that problem and after a while he stopped showing interest in doing that so we were able to leave him with it. It has a few holes from repeated indentations from his teeth. And it is noticeably faded. Other than that, it's held up exceptionally well. I would post this review on the melon disc page, but I can no longer find the option to review as a verified purchaser and would rather leave a verified review here than an unverified one there. I will update this review if anything unprecedented occurs with this new calypso disc, but I'm expecting this one will hold up the same way as the only difference is the color.It is worth noting I did not purchase this new disc as a replacement. The melon disc, although old and faded, still has years of use left from what I can tell. It's just that I left it outside before the last snowstorm and obviously I was unable to find it to play with our dog which is why I purchased this new one. He loves playing with it in the snow and we hadn't had much snow so I just had to get another disc for him. I decided to get this calypso print even though it was a few dollars more than what I paid for the melon a couple years ago because I thought the design was pretty neat and worth the extra bucks. I didn't have my phone with me to take pictures of him in the snow with the new calypso disc, but as soon as I let him outside and threw the disc he was off like a bullet. The snow photos I uploaded are stills from videos I took in 2015 with the melon disc. Unfortunately, I can not figure out how to post videos.

I have a border collie / lab mix who is OBSESSED with these frisbees. It's her favorite thing in the world. The 10" is great for medium or large dogs. These are lightweight and easy to throw/catch. The soft fabric is easy on her teeth. These are very durable but get normal wear and tear. I buy one of these every 2 months because they get little holes and dirty from daily use. I love how there are different cool designs so we can get a new one each time :) Highly recommend this for any frisbee lovers!

I buy these all the time.I usually buy the Non-Made in the USA version, as that is what is usually available at the local pet store. I would consider myself extremely skilled in throwing these. I was amazed at the difference. The quality is in the stitching, which is obvious to the untrained eye.This disc flies better, and is easier for the kids on the beach to throw. My dog loves to play with everyone else on the beach but me, as she knows I know how awesome she is, so showing off for me is no fun. Easy to throw, and cool hippy colors. I will buy this brand again when she wears this one out.

I am always on the hunt for "Made in America" doggie toys so I was happy to see this floppy disc. My dogs used to have plastic frisbee's which had worn down their teeth over time, so I wanted a softer one. I probably should have looked at the size a bit closer because the floppy disc I recieved was quite small however that was my fault. My smallest dog loves it but my largest dog won't play with it because of the size. Overall the disc is durable and very cute. My smallest fur-baby rips up everything but thankfully, the frisbee is holding up well.

It doesn't fly flat. I tried with my dog on a non-windy day for like 45 minutes and I couldn't get it to fly flat for more than maybe 10 yards. This is good for the backyard fun-times, but doesn't fly well enough for the park.

This flying disc fly's pretty well. The best thing so far is that no color bleeding off the disc like the last one purchased through amazon of a different brand. This is quite soft and very easy on my dog when she goes flying through the air after this toy. Actually the way this fly's most throw's my dog is waiting underneath to catch this awesome toy. Not a chew toy but an excellent fetch toy. Would recommend to a dog lover.

my "frisbee" dog lost her original floppy disc in the woods...due to her partner (me) i have no idea where i thought i was throwing it to BUT my dog was soooooo upset & tried for about an hour to find it...i knew i had to get another BUTcouldn't find a floppy disc at any big box stores in my area...so i told her that i'd have to send away for one...when i saw the description of this i knew it would be perfect & we didn't have to wait too long for it mat all!!!!!! she was soooooo excited when i opened the box & showed it to her...she just about knocked me over. we had to drop everything & go out side to play frisbee!!!! she makes sure that this one won't be lost!!! great product!!!! fast delivery!!!

I have two golden retrievers that love frisbee! I have purchased at least 20 different brands and styles of the flying discs and 99% of the time being frustrated at the product durability. I wish more dog toy companies would think about how damaging dog teeth are, especially when they are chasing a flying object jolting in the air and grabbing it with their teeth! Well low and behold this brand is quite awesome. For starters it's very light weight so it stays airborn for quite some time and is easy to toss. I have purchased four of these in every size and they are all awesome. Love the fun colors as well. Now for the durability we have brought these to the park every day for two months that's a lot of tooth grabbing, head shaking fun. There are quite a few teeth holes but tiny holes almost like snags in the material. Other then that they are in mint condition and still work just as well as the day we received them. Now my dogs also play tug with these as they are running through the park these frisbees can take a beating!!! I do not however let my dogs have them to chew up when we are not playing with them. Every other brand I have tried that are a light weight material like these have been destroyed after a couple dayes. I and my goldens are very happy with these frisbees!
