Update: after a few messages the company decided to just issue me a refund and to keep the rice cooker. We went to use it and it MELTED! Serious fire risk/danger. I sent the photos to the company, they said safety is important to them!! Terrifying product! AMAZON sort yourself out and remove this seller and their products.Do not buy. It's tiny, absolutely pointless. Didn't fully take it out of It's packaging as I was so disgusted with the size. I'm currently trying to send it back, the refund process has been approved but I have to wait 4 days for the seller to send a refund address. They have so far sent out a generic message saying "sorry your product has been delayed being delivered"....this is all starting to sound a bit suspicious and like I've got a battle on my hands....

The media could not be loaded. DO NOT BUY. ACTUAL JOKE. It arrived extremely late and the seller refused to refund me. I had to get my bank involved. The rice pot doesn't sit, the switch doesn't work, there's worn marks on the bottom and the plug isn't even a UK plug. The seller also threatened me.

Unfournately, when we start cooking, we gotwire smell and so many smoke come out.When we checked after one time cooking,this product is only suit for US.In UK, power feeding is only 230 Volt.We lately know that it is safe for 130 volt.
