PROS1. My favorite feature of this massage gun is this: one of the heads is metal and, at the touch of a button, it can become either hot or cold. It also has three levels of heat or cold. I don’t personally use cold, but the heat is terrific. I use it on the highest heat setting. When the heat is combined with the massage vibration, it works twice as well to relax tense, painful muscles. I like this head so much, I use it exclusively.2. This device charges using a USB-C cable, which is quite convenient. Though it comes with its own cable, I already have a USB-C cable in every room of my house for charging my phone, and I can easily use any of them for charging this device as well.3. A full charge lasts about an hour using the device on its highest vibration setting plus the highest heat setting . This is about five times a long as the batteries of two other massage guns I own that don’t even have the heat feature.4. When you are using the battery or charging it, this device has a convenient display that shows you how much charge is left in the battery.5. There are five different types of massage heads.6. There is a sturdy, well made, attractive, metal carrying case.7. The device seems to be well made with quality construction.8. The massage gun and its attachments have an attractive appearance.9. This device is lightweight and does not strain my hand when holding it for up to an hour at a time while using it.10. This device comes with a small but fairly comprehensible manual. Although, given the fact that this device is of Chinese manufacture, the wording is odd at times.11. The device runs with a quiet hum.CONS1. If you are interested only in products manufactured in the USA, be aware that this one is manufactured in China.2. The rechargeable battery takes about four times as long to recharge as it does to run down. In other words, one hour of use runs down the battery completely (at least it does if you are using both heat and the highest vibration setting), and it takes about four hours to fully recharge the battery.3. This massage gun is essentially identical to the Boiir Massage Gun (ASIN ‏B08X267MKS), both of which I own. This means you might want to check and see which one is currently offering the best price before purchasing this device.

I have bigger massagers with more speeds and power but I find myself constantly being drawn to this one. Why?+ Because it's small enough to handle easily.+ The controls are simple... 3 buttons (one for massage, one for cold, one for hot), 2 second press on any of them turns the unit on. Then each button press cycles that feature thru one has three intensity levels which is indicated by a different color (blue/purple/red/off for low/medium/high/off). 2 second press again will turn it off.+ The hot and cold work surprisingly well (although not enough to burn or freeze) and can be used even when the massager is off if you want to apply some quick cold or heat without having to get an ice pack or heating pad out.+ The USB-C means I don't need to bring or find a proprietary charger. This is the biggest game changer, because it lets me bring it by itself with the main hot/cold head without all the bulk of my other massagers.+ It still comes with a solid case and several other massage heads, but the star of the show is the hot/cold head and I think the case is too bulky for travel but good for storage and protection.Are there any cons? It does take a few hours to fully charge. And I suppose if you need something very deep with a lot of power control then maybe you'd want a bigger unit. However, I found the battery lasts for multiple sessions, provides novel hot/cold massages and that it is definitely strong enough to work out painful knots and gentle enough to soothe weary muscles.

Anyhow, I loved this massage gun to get exactly another one for my mom.The rather small size is perfect to use at home and the portable case is quite a fancy way to store and take it with you on a trip.After working out, I would use Cold massage, which feels so good. Other times, like when I feel stiff after sitting too long in front of the computer, I would use the Hot function to alleviate muscle stiffness and soreness, while increasing blood circulation!If you workout a lot or work a lot, the massage gun will improve the quality of your life if you just put a bit of effort and time :)I started using this type of massager when a pandemic prevented me from going to a spa regularly and I think now I am so in love with doing at home, as a result, saving a lot of money.But watch out the price, the other one (the same one with just a different brand name) was also about $120 when it came out, but is now selling at a discounted price.Put it in your card or bookmark to check the price and get it around $ 70-80 range :)I also think this one is a great gift for any occasion!
