Did not come with correct connector :( But with some easy work. i just swapped the ends and got everything working :D works great and is silent with no raddling noise!

I only replaced the part cooling blower, but this worked just fine on my Ender 3 V2 Neo. The cables were the right length and the same polarity and colors as the original. The blower has a different Creality part number, but it is a perfectly good substitute for the CHA4024RM-10B. The parts I received matched the listing photos. I didn't even realize my fan was dead, but I was getting some weird zigzagging on a retraction test. Also, if you don't hear the blower spin down at the end of a print, it's probably shot. You can see the difference in the test prints before and after the replacement. I think my blower died after a major overnight nozzle blob happened.

Great price for a great replacement. Wires are more than long enough. I didn't like having to splice on of the wire sets together though. The quality is just as good as what I took off. The fan make the normal fan sound that we all hate. They installation was to bad although, they could have made it where you just unclip the old wire and clip the new ones in. One I had it installed it worked like a champ. Never had an issue with over heating. I would definitely recommend.

Cheap fans to replace on your printer - they run fine, quietly and push enough air for Ender-3 speeds. Installation is a little bit of a chore so be prepared to do a little of your own wiring.

Direct fit. Exactly what I needed. Cables were a bit different but easily got it working.

Fans work great but do not come with the screws to install so keep your stock ones. Also parts cooling fan does not have the piece to direct airflow so hold on to the stock one also.

One fan’s wire is less than 6” long. The other fan’s clip isn’t the correct shape for the port. We were able to splice the short one, and replace the clip with the one we pulled off the old wire. But the product is not as described or shown.

Parts were easy to install and work great.
