This is definitely NOT cashmere. In fact, it is a synthetic blend of some sort. I’m bummed that I can only return a couple of them. I tried to dye one of them and ruined it. I need protein fibers, and even a plain wool would have worked beautifully. Acrylic and polyester do not work, however. And while I didn’t think it was cashmere, I did expect it to at least be wool. DO NOT BUY THIS.

I used this large scarf for a light but warm layer to wear to my Thanksgiving dinner. It was large enough to completely bundle up. It is bigger than a standard shower towel. It is very very soft and comfortable. Even though it is large, it bunches nicely to just look like a standard scarf.I am 5'7, 155lbs and can wear from a Medium to L top, depending on the shoulders, and this item fit fine. This could definitely fit a plus sized person and would be plenty of fabric for a smaller person.

The shawls arrived today and I must say I’m extremely satisfied with the quality.I bought two colors lavender and black. The lavender color is gorgeous!Fabric is so soft and smooth!Each shawl has a label “cashmere “ sewn at the end.I honestly don’t know if it’s real cashmere or not, but with the good price I paid, I’d say I received two very high quality products.Dimensions is about 26in x 72in.

I received the shawl as ordered. Found it very warm and comfortable to wear. It is very soft and classy . It looks like a million dollars, even though it is not. Great price, amazing actually for such a nice and warm shawl. You will love it as I love mine.Order yours, you will not be disappointed.Kathy
