Great Value
I bought this grill in 2013, right after they started making them in Southern California instead of importing them from China. This grill is undoubtedly one of the best values in its price range. The quality of materials and construction are top-notch, with thick stainless steel used all around. I live near the ocean and I have not had any hints of rust anywhere on this grill. The temperature is fairly even across the grates, although with any grill the temp towards the back is hotter than near the front. However, the ceramic bricks really do seem to spread the heat evenly from side to side. The infrared sear burner is a nice option for a big three-burner grill, as the remaining two burners leave plenty of room for standard grilling, and the sear zone is incredibly hot. When it has heated up it is far hotter at the grates than the other burners. As much as I like the grill, it isn't perfect. The battery-operated ignition system is underwhelming. It usually gets the job done, but if you have trouble you might want to blow a little puff of air down on the grill to get the gas circulating around to the ignition points. Also, I am not a fan of the claws that hold the rotisserie meat in place. The claws are so large that they don't secure standard 5 lb chickens very well.Overall, I am very happy with this grill, and several of my friends have purchased this grill after seeing mine in action. Don't let negative feedback on the pre-2013 grills worry you; this is a quality appliance that will last outside for many years. Reviews for these grills online are scarce due to more limited availability than other mid-range grill brands. However, if you talk to anyone in a grill store in Southern California where these are more widely available, I am sure they have very positive things to say.

Worst purchase of my life
I own a Delta heat 32" grill. Model DHBQ32R-DN. Worst/most expensive grill I've ever owned. I've only used it seven times so far and here's the report... 1. Rotisserie makes a grinding noise. After having to send them video and audio of it making the noise they reluctantly sent me a new rotisserie that does the exact same thing. 2. After seven uses one of the LEDs burned out. 3. It runs way to hot. The only way to even cook anything is on the lowest heat. 4. Worst is that it's actually dangerous. It collects any oils from meats on the bricketts right below the grill, not down in the drip tray. At low heat and even after cleaning (which is almost impossible due to the crappy design) that grease catches on fire. This can happen on any grill, but usually after many uses. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy one of these grills. This is literally the worst purchase I've ever made in my life.

works great, and seems very solid
No problems, works great, and seems very solid. People who see it in operation take down the name and put it on their shopping list.Sear station is a must. Especially like the lighting feature. Ignition works like a charm. Highly recommend.

Terrible quality for the price. A true rip off.
Internal lights problematic shortly after warranty was over. Replaced 3 times now and still not working correctly. Now they say wiring and fuse have to be replaced. Worst purchase and one of the biggest rip offs in my life.

Very Poor Qualtiy
This grill proves that cost doesn't always mean high quality. This grill has been a total disappointment to me. Most of the LED's illuminating the control knobs failed with in a year! The ceramic briquettes dont drain the fat properly and flair ups are a continual problem. The racks that hold the ceramic briquettes have completely rusted through in less than 3 years even though the grill is under a covered lanai.

expensive maintenance
The grill is nice, but the accessories are flimsy and needed replacement within 5 years. Just spent $270 on a new thermometer, mesh protector, lights and hinge. Ugh.

Know what you are purchasing
Have owned the 38 in grill for less than a year and the starter does not work and the gas pipes are already rusting. This is a built in grill in a covered lanai. There should not be any problems this soon. I would not advise purchasing this product.

Wish I could give it 0 stars
I had selected this grill along with Delta Heat double burner for my previous patio project. It turned out be a complete disappointment. Though its exterior design gives one a serious grill impression, it doesn't take long to find out that this grill is a flimsy piece of junk. You'll note that they don't publish the BTU. It has only two modes, a) takes forever to cook, b) or burn the meat. The grates totally rusted after a few months. The whole grill warps and forms an arch after being heated over 450F. The Twin Eagle customer service is nonexistent. They sent someone after 3 months of calling and emailing. The moron that they sent to assess the grill was telling me everything was normal. Stay away from Twin Eagle products all together. Don't waste your money.
