Needs to be thinned, needs some flow improvers. Is this an airbrush paint?
Used these for some model painting. The paints are too thick to go through my airbrush well and need a little thinning to bring them to the correct consistency. Using the paint right out of the bottle worked, but caused a lot of tip drying. A ratio of about 1 Vallejo thinner to 3 or 4 of paint seems to work (compared to a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio thinning brush model paints), but does cause the paint to dry a bit more slowly.Once thinned they can spray smoothly but doesn't tend to provide great coverage. Building up a layer of white on black requires several passes to get the whites nice and bright. This is exacerbated a bit due to the longer drying time.My brush is a 0.35mm nozzle, larger brushes may pass this paint without the need for thinning. Cranking the compressor pressure might also work but makes it harder to work close to the model without spidering or runs.If like me you're new to airbrushing these might not be the best option, but if you're comfortable with thinning paints or you're not looking to do much controlled freehanding in detail- they are functional.Edit:After a lot more time with the paints and having used more of them I'm dropping my rating down to a two. They remain pretty bad for painting models, but I decided to give them a shot on Bristol board.Coverage there is pretty awful too. I can overthin them, underthin them, I tried with a range of PSIs from around 20 to the low forties- nothing really makes this stuff go down like airbrush paint for more than a few seconds of spray. No quantity of thinner stops LOTS of tip drying. Seriously if I want to detail work its almost impossible. Tip drying and the resulting uneven flow starts almost as soon as you begin spraying. If you're spraying medium to large areas it takes a while for it to become a problem. But on detail work? Forget about it.I got these because I'm learning to airbrush and wanted something cheap I could just put in my airbrush. I didn't expect miracles. I'm fine with the poorer coverage- you get what you pay for. But I would expect even a cheap airbrush paint to work well in an airbrush, directly out of the bottle. If they just needed thinning I'd give the product three stars. But as it looks like the paint also needs a retarder or flow improver (possibly both) I'm not even sure how this qualifies as an airbrush paint. Couple that with the fact once it's thinned it's pretty weedy for coverage and this is a product best skipped.Bottom line:You can get mediocre results for a lot of effort and a marginal saving. You'd be better off getting some cheap-ish regular paints and using some of your own thinning/flow improving solution. If you just want some cheap paint to play around with and you don't mind doing all your own airbrush formulation, possibly worth a buy.Avoid if you are a beginner looking for some easy to use paints in your airbrush.

It's OK
Not sure if it's temp where I keep them but I still need to use thinner to use them in the brush ever though it says u don't need to

Airbrush paint
I am very new to Airbrushing so wasn't 100% sure what I was buyingBasically you get 24 paints many of the paints were 3 different shades of the same colour ie 3 greens 3 pinks 3 reds so when i first saw this i was a bit disappointed but have found my self using some of these shades in my painting and glad to have the shadesIU have been thinning these paints with ironing water at about 60 water to 40 paint ratio and getting pretty good results but as I say I am new to this so this may not be correct but it works for meI have been painting metal and plastic models which I prime with a diluted 50 /50 primer mix again this may not be correct but works for me

Bit disappointing, seems like seconds or returned item. Paint is good though.
Disappointing how they items arrived and one was leaking due to how it was packed I’m guessing. You can see how I repacked after is how it should arrive. Paint is probably good but first impressions mean a lot to me.

Vibrant colours
Really vibrant colours. Been used in white 3d printed items and the colours are spot on and easy to use.
