It gives a nice lemony-ginger spicy taste and it is kind-of low in sodium, of course it depends as to how much you put to your fish. We've also used it with cod and shrimp. I you like ginger and lemon, and you like a little bit of kick, you won't be disappointed. I'll update this review one I use the other two spices. Review: Delicious spices - We first found several of these spices at HomeGoods and loved them but didn’t find them again. So excited to find them on desertcart! We use these spices frequently in recipes, on popcorn and pizza. It’s very versatile.
