Not useful if you are 15+ this is way too easy and can't feel any burn , buy level 2 or 3 for productive output.

bit too light and rounded.
they're good and the handles help but these are too light, if you're thinking of them you're best to get the red (next one up) at least as these offer hardly any resistance, if you're working on a programme like les mills expect these to slip often, the straps and main elastic are both rounded so they slip a lot more and are not as easy to use but on the upside they're a lot cheaper so if you wanted to save money and get used to it they're okay.
