Yes,this salon neck rest cushion is the best one I've used ever!! It's made of gel so it's so soft and my clients also feel much comfortable.

Q: can this conform t a regular kitchen sink?

It’s made specifically for shampoo bowls… there is no way it would attach to a regular sink. There are some options though, search shampoo rest for kitchen sink

Q: Dose it move around when it becomes wet?

This one does move, but so far has been the best one I've found in 19 years. I just dry it underneath after every client
