The product delivered is different from the product photograph displayed on Amazon app.The keys are fully metal & no black plastic on the key gripping area. The lever supplied is not flat as shown in the main product photo.

I bought this lock as spare and did not check when it arrived it was sent incomplete with one screw missing secondly the keys were not same as shown in the picture ...the keys in the picture are far better I will not recommend this to anyone

I need the order details what does it mean pack of four
The media could not be loaded. Please update in regards what does it mean pack of 4I had received two lock, 4 keys and 4 nos. Lever only is this the complete shipment, as per image I didn't receive the lever set that one is glad cut
