Does this product damage relaxed hair?

I have used this product for years with relaxed hair. It is wonderful! It is gentle and easy to use. The conditioner is one of the best. I wish I could buy it separately.

I ordered rich auburn. Now my hair is almost black. I am not happy. Any suggestions?

That is not a permanent hair color so in time of washing your real hair color will come back

I put a copper penny rinse on my hair and it made my gray an orange/red color. Will the darkest brown cover this or should I try to remove the rinse?

I don't have experience with that but I think the darkest brown 5 minute should change it to dark brown.
