Need a new Plug-in Transformer for your home or business security system. Be sure to check the voltage and VA of your existing transformer. This model is 16.5 volts 40VA. Its easy to replace by unscrewing the wires from your old transformer and screwing them to the new one.

Second time was the charm
The item was delivered overnight as requested and worked perfectly with my alarm system. I am not certain why I had to order it twice but in the end it worked out

How many volts??
Advertised as 16V, but is actually 16.5V. Didn't burn up my warehouse buzzer though to no biggie.

Outputs too much voltage
This is supposed to be 16.5v actually put out 18.5 volts and smoked my Honeywell chagring board. So now I get to buy another $20 power supply(Honeywell this time) and a $30 charging board.

Noisy annoying piece of junk
Basically junk. Case pulled apart unplugging it and broke transformer wire. Fixed and got working but transformer has a very loud and annoying hum.DO not recommend.

terminal screws were loose and never tightened. Overall I expected higher quality for the price.
