Ive been looking for a vertical freezer for years now and recently found the Rockwell vertical freezer for my kitchen, and it has been a fantastic upgrade!The multiple drawers make it incredibly easy to segregate and access all my frozen items without any hassle.From frozen food and meat to ice cream and snacks, everything has its designated place, which keeps my kitchen neat and clutter-free. The drawers glide smoothly and are spacious enough to accommodate a variety of items. I have purchased from Amazon, a Rockwell deep freezer of 335 ltrs. But the size of freezer was very big and not compatible with my room. When I contacted Amazon to replace the same. Neither Amazon person nor their customer care respond to my phone. And when the Amazon return window got closed, I myself contacted the Rockwell service team in this regard. They are very co-operative.Especially one, Mr. Sanjay walekar, Rockwell team Manager, solved my problem and replaced the same very efficiently.The product replaced is a Nice product. Look attractive from outside. And also, very spacious from inside. Working smoothly and efficiently without any noise. I must recommend to buy this product. It is worth of money. Satisfied with the product.

It's shocking and shameful that some people are selling rejected, damaged product on Amazon and that to by putting a tag as Make in India. It was not only damaged but also there were dents and scratches on the top. I wonder why and the seller dared to send this. This definitely falls under cheating case.

Note - Rockwell sent technician after my review on bad insulation. Earlier - Freezer used to cut-off hardly for 3-4 hours a day even after negligible use. After thorough checking Technician showed me that there was faulty thermostat and he changed it. I am providing this updated feedback based on my observation after a week of change of thermostat --1. Good Compressor, fast cooling2. Easy to use and design is good (esthetically).3. After thermostat change, Freezer is ON for around 5 mins avg per hour if not used much. This is much more efficient.4. Technician mentioned that insulation is gel based and not glass wool which gives much better insulation.I have revised my rating and feedback after Rockwell took the previous feedback seriously and sent technician to check and replace part for free. I really appreciate this step.However, I also urge Rockwell to have proper Quality check as thermostat is key part of any cooling unit and it should not be faulty in new Freezer.

Size is good and cooling is great.

I have order this product for my restaurant when I received this product there are some little dents and one inch cover has broken so I contact to service engineer they assured to help for repair. overall product is good storage capacity is dissent noise level is minimum weight is little bit higher and product is easy to use well done Rockwell.

This is my second Rockwell freezer from Amazon for my restaurant and I am so happy with the product and the Rockwell customer service and support. I recommend this product for every restaurant owners, Thank you Rockwell and Amazon
