Definitely heavy duty. It's a real pain to try and unroll and get it mounted. It just wants to curl back up. I got it using my knee to push it against the dock and then screw it. It's definitely not as flat as I wish it was but it will work. The far end in the pic was the center of the roll when I pulled it out of the box.

I installed it with deck screws and a power screw driver. It works fine. Fast and easy to install.

Good brand but...... VERY Misshapen.... lots of work and waste 2 install. PLUS returns accepted BUT 45 bucks for buyer to ship back. I returned because items shipped in coils are REALLY deformed and take much time n effort 2 install. This should be mentioned in the description. AND return shipping should be free if NOT usable or described clearly condition . Thanks

The dock edging is obviously durable based on its thickness and the quality of the materials. After a full season it still looks good with no signs of wear; I expect it to last a long time.It was difficult to install because it is rolled up tight into a square box. While good for shipping, it was difficult to hold flat and straight on the edge of a dock while screwing it down because it kept curling up again and heavy for its size. During installation, I needed to predrill a hole through the top edge and into the dock. Then, while pulling the top edge up over the dock, I inserted the screw into the pilot hole and drilled it in. Even so, I recommend this product. I admit that this was my first time installing dock edging, so maybe there is a better way to install them.

This product will do the job intended, but is hard to get it smooth. The rounded part had dimples that didn’t look as good a I would like. I returned it, but I’m sure it will work for some that are not concerned with the looks.Be sure and keep the original box for return. I had damaged and thrown my box away and it cost me $11.64 to have UPS package it for return.

just exactly what the hubby wanted for our dock. these arrived curled stiffly and we had to clamp them onto the deck railing for a while to get them to flatten so we could put on the dock. Very professional Thanks for the quality.

Comes in a roll and doesn't uncoil easily -- BUT, leav it out in the sun for a couple of hours, and it goes on like a dream. Will protect both your dock and boat.

As described and fast shipping

Over priced, not rubber. I roll it out and the edge is all wrinkled. Was hoping after installation it would relax and smooth out, it did not. Still Looks like crap

The bumpers are great, like many have complained about mine also were heavily wrinkled when unrolled and did not relax by leaving them in the sun but being vinyl I covered sections with a towel and took the steam iron out and ironed them. This relaxed the vinyl and removed the wrinkles. Be sure you use the towel to iron on and start at a lower temperature and go up as needed

Will mount them and see if they stand up.
