Not bad, not bad at all.
Ive only ever run Shimano and 5.10 shoes along with flats on all my bikes, so these were new to me.Shoes are stiff, but not uncomfortable. Traction on the pedals is great (running PNW flats).My only complaint is the rubber isnt soft and gummy like i remember my 5.10s Stealth rubber being. So when you have to hike a bike back up the trail, the shoes can get 'slippery' depending on trail conditions. But no slipage so far on the pedals.Also the stretchy strap that holds the shoe tounge to the shoe itself broke within 3 seconds of putting the shoes on, so i may reach out to CB regarding warranty and see how that shakes out.Otherwise the shoes are great so far. Definitely recommend them if you are running flats.

I have owned every brand of mtb shoe ,these are way more comfortable right out of the box , no break in . Cant comment on wear as i just got them but usually all shoes last about 6 to 8 months before the bottom is gone
