Very good product and looks exactly as pictures.

My straw broke after just a week. I noticed a small crack but didn’t take it seriously and then it just broke.*updated*After finally being able to contact customer service they were useless. Sounding fair they said they’d send a new one to arrive as soon as possible. It’s now 2 months later and when I reached out, I was told they hadn’t even sent the product out; or that it was pending… after 2 months… the least I’d expect as a customer is communication!

Je l'utilise tout les jours. Je l'adore elle garde quand même une très bonne température et j'aime beaucoup les marques pour les heures ça m'aide à boire les quantités appropriées.

It broke within a week, it leaked from day 1 and it had a strong plastic smell which apparently made the water taste awful. My wife was very disappointed and it's now in the bin.

The bottle is as described. The only downside is that the material grade is not visible on the bottle which makes it a little suspicious.
