I first tried this back in 2014 after a friend recommended it. At first, I thought it wouldn’t work since it took a while to kick in—until it hit all at once while I was driving and nowhere near a bathroom. Panic mode activated, for sure! 😂Anyway, it definitely works. I still use it on occasion, but not regularly. I used to take it a lot, and it became less effective over time—I’d have to use multiple bags for it to do anything. That’s when I started worrying about my GI health and took a break. Now I only use it a few times a year when I need a little extra help with bloating or shedding a pound or two.I always take it on days when I plan to stay home because it’s potent. I’ve built up a tolerance, so the flavor doesn’t bother me anymore. I let it steep for a while before drinking, but be warned—it WILL make your stomach and GI feel like an earthquake is coming. But once it’s done, you’ll definitely feel less bloated. Just make sure to drink plenty of water!

This tea works! It have a light flavor, no after taste. I normally drink mines hot, plain, no sugar or honey. It does not cramp my stomach either

I have been drinking this tea for at least 10 years. I drink it at night time and it clears me out the next morning without being too harsh if you overindulge or your digestive system is off track. This is the best for me. I just make sure I relax the morning after I drink it at night and I am at home

I have been using this for over 2yrs now and have Introduced other to it. I use it once a week to detox and other days when I feel bloated.

This tea is smooth and does not taste bitter like others. In my opinion, the cleansing effect is not as strong as I would like it to be, but still works nonetheless.

It works within 6 hours usually for me to eliminate waste.
