First time playing with it the front tire rod broke rendering it useless. Not sure if it was a defect or just not made well. A lot of money wasted fir just one hour of play

The media could not be loaded. Don’t get this RC vehicle for speed- it won’t be winning any races for that….but I chose this RC jeep because of the features and capability for handling the terrain. We live in the desert where it’s a playground of rocks, thorns, hills, and sand. This RC car handled all the obstacles with only a little snag! It was impressive to see how it could get up some pretty steep and rocky hills and rocks. I say little snag bc at one spot the base had grazed rocks so rough it cause the battery door compartment to unlock and come off. It didn’t damage anything and was easily able to be put back on a twisted back to lock position. Again, while this RC car isn’t going to win any races for speed, it is a lot of fun for ease of control, you won’t lose the reception bc the car goes so far out away from you, and it is very versatile. The feature that causes the vehicle to raise or lower is really cool! It is very easy to steer too. My son has had other remote control vehicles that either didn’t connect well, went way out of range, or were hard to navigate/control.Next I want to speak on the battery charger and give kudos to the company Shenzhen Chimie Network Technology Co., Ltd who sold this TC car to me….So just after the first use and after charging it up, my son was trying to disconnect the battery from the charger and he didn’t quite squeeze the attachment well enough to easily separate and upon his attempt to disconnect the two, the wires came out of the charging component, leaving it unrepairable. I reached out to the company, Shenzhen Chimie Network Technology Co., Ltd, about what happened and they kindly replaced not only the charger cord but provided a whole new battery too- all free! And No charge for shipping! I was very impressed! Their customer service is excellent and they were very fast to respond and remedy this dilemma. My son’s Christmas gift was back on the ground to be played with by New Years! I definitely recommend you try out this car and this company.Also, my son was able to play with it in the desert, getting an hour walk in with me, and easily the car lasted the whole time with one full charge. I would say he prob had it actively running for at least 40 of those 60 mins. And again, no battery life lost even when it had to muster over the steep slopes and thick rocks.

I don’t even leave reviews. But this product is so bad that deserves a review. Broke the turning bar of the wheel in 5 min.Slow, battery does not last and the quality of the car, engine, battery keeps depleting as you use it.Sorry, bad product, don’t throw money away like I did.Plus the frustrated kid at home, worst part of this purchase.

The poor quality of the build

My grandson loves this remote control car. Easy to drive and gives him a lot of play time. As described and was delivered very quickly.

Our grandson, who is 7, used it 1 time and broke the wheel cylinder and once it leaks all the fluid out, neither of the front wheels would turn. It's not indestructible! Outdoor use is better.

So disappointed with this truck. I bought one and it was broken on delivery. Returned and got another one, came in working order, fantastic. The truck is fun and runs on grass and over curbs etc. But the second one broke as soon as a kid pressed down on it. We were able to fix with glue. The next time a major component broke with just normal use and now it is not fixable since it's not a true hobby vehicle so we can't get replacement parts. Terrible product. We have had $10 "Christmas special" cars last for years and I thought this would be an upgrade. The lights and the way it goes up and down is really fun for kids but if it breaks as soon as they actually play with it then what is the point? This was my sons main Christmas gift so it's very disappointing.

The media could not be loaded. The material of this car is very thick and hard. This is a climbing car. I tried climbing strength on the rock, and it can reach about 70°, which is better than I expected. The lifting function is quite distinctive, and it is unobstructed whether on flat ground, grass or rocks. My kid likes it very much.
