These cod liver oil capsules are a great source of omega 3 fatty acids. They are a dietary supplement and are a rich source of natural vitamin A-D.Cod liver oil is good for your bones, eye health and brain health. It also has anti-inflamortory properties and something I fidnt know it supports sexual drives 👍.These are dairy free, gluten free and sugar free, perfect for me.Overall its a natural way of giving the body a boost. I've only just started taking these capsules in the last few days. I've not noticed any changes to my inflammation but I'm sure with the recommended use over the next 4 months I should start to see changes.Overall I like these, not too big to swallow, no taste or aftertaste, just the benefits to look forward too.

The capsules come in a plastic bottle without a cardboard box outer, unlike other Ambrosial products I have tried. The lid is sealed with a clear plastic which has to be peeled off, and once the lid is unscrewed there is another security seal over the container, which I opened with scissors. The tablets are tiny and could be in a container one fifth the size.The Amazon page recommends one capsule daily after a meal, ideally breakfast or lunch - this advice is omitted from the container.Opening a capsule, the smell is the normal fishy one, no more nor less unpleasant.Cod liver oil is derived from the liver of cod and contains Omega-3, vitamins A and D. These have many beneficial health benefits, but I am unfamiliar with this brand and unable to comment on the purity of the product.
