I bought this stool to help my 2 year old reach the kitchen counter tops.The stool is made from a thick and sturdy feeling plastic. The circles on the top surface are a rubbery material to prevent slipping. There is also rubber on the feet to stop the stool sliding on the floor. It all feels very well constructed.The stool collapses flat easily, all you need to do is pick it up by the handle. Once folded it is very easy to store, we keep ours in the narrow gap between our fridge and the wall! It is extremely easy to fold it into a stool when needed, you can do it with one hand. My daughter can easily do it, but a word of warning, children need to be careful not to push down on the hinged part at the top when opening the stool because it has pinched the skin of my daughters palm on a number of occasions.The stool is light enough for a child to carry around easily but still has a sturdy weight to it. Despite buying this for my child I have found myself using it on an almost daily basis! It has been incredibly useful and feels plenty strong enough to take my weight.Overall a very well used item in our house. It is nice to find a functional item made from such pretty colours. I feel this stool will be used for many years to come.

Very handy little folding step - mainly used for and by my toddler at the sink. Easily folds away. I frequently use too for reaching top and back of cabinets, very sturdy and useful to have in the house.

Very sturdy

We need this step because the physio recommended a step to help my disabled hubby get on his static exercise bike to strengthen his leg muscles. What I appreciate is that it folds when not in use. So it can be tucked away and not add to the clutter. I bought it in black to match the bike. Highly satisfied.

Needed a little extra height when cleaning the car and this does the job perfectly. I am a large chap (130kg) and this stool feels sturdy, even under my frame. Great value for money, recommended.

Very sturdy and handy for around the house as I’m only 5ft 2.

I’m very short, and when I moved in with my partner I needed a little step up to reach the top shelves. We do have a step ladder but it’s a bit bulky and heavy, a pain to get out every time I need it (which is often!) This little step stool is light and stores away easily. It feels very secure under me and just gives me the extra height I need.

I’m not that short but in my apparent I can’t reach the light bulbs or the top shelves or to clean the ceiling so I got this to help, I am an adult and it holds my weight nicely, very easy to use, folds out and it looks smart and folds award easy enough. Good size for me, feels sturdy and I think it’s greats value for money.
