Shadow Hunter SHSSBW Silent Shadow Window Kit System for Deer Hunting Blinds

Used for hunting this year & these worked great!

Outside shield seals the weather out when blind is not in use. The inside window doesn't seal tight, mostly there as a wind blocker until you are ready to shoot. Installation instructions 2b don't match the parts as supplied. Had to remove parts and reinstall so tracks would match up to the drip cap installation in 4a. Outside shields close and seal the weather out much better after making the adjustment.

Boxes came with only one strip of tape keeping box secure and closed but tape was loose in the middle. As I opened the boxes screws fell out on the floor. Other screws were in a baggie but the baggy was not secure. I ordered two crossbow windows and one set (2) of gun windows (packaged together) and both crossbows boxes were loose and missing parts. This is a very poor quality control issue as I have seen many others state just that with boxes missing parts.The kit itself seems to work very well.

Good product, I think a little on the pricey side for what it is. I had a few pieces missing out of one of the two kits I bought but the parent company did ship the missing pieces to me. Very straightforward installation as well.

I ended up sending this back because I bought a blind which all ready had windows with it. It looked like it would have been a good product.

The windows work perfectly. Easy to install. I like the fact that they seal off to protect against wasp and other insects. The only thing I didn't like was the price it gets pretty expensive when they're $90 for two of them. And you have to have eight of them for two stands. But you have to pay the price to play.

These are not sold with all the parts in the kit. It did not come with the inside track for the window. I bought 3 kits and none of them had the track. Not happy.

The documentation was useless and the outside covers don't work the way they should. I found more useful information on the internet but they still don't work as advertised or shown in the video. These windows will be replaced after this hunting season.
