Does taste like eggs!
I really like this salt and it's my first time trying it, but I am selective about what I use it on because it does make your food taste eggy. I like it on chicken salad & egg dishes of course. It's great on deviled eggs or a little on a bagel. I don't typically use much salt on things, so this will last me awhile, but it's a nice enhancement, plus you get the mineral benefit from it.

Special kind of salt!!!
I saw documentary about this salt...how it's made and the extensive labor which why it's so expensive .... Of course I had to try it... I have to say -this salt hits the spot! It taste different, salty and savory in its own peculiar way, but I enjoy it. I do not cook or season my food with it.... I simply take a grain/s of salt and eat or dissolve it in my mouth, while satisfying my craving for something salty and savory. It's perfect that way! Besides there are tons of essential minerals in those salt crystals that does your body good! I likes!

Expected something else.
On YouTube the 9x process resulted in sea salt that looked like black glass chips. So being a foodie I had to try it. This is just off-white and taste like sea salt w/perhaps a hint of sulfur... if anything. Maybe it is what it is supposed to be but if you think your missing something magical, your not. At least not with this product.
