Q: I need a large bore guage for off road equipment backhoes, haul trucks ect. Is this for large bore vavles or is there a different one?

Milton S982 is for the large bore trucks.

Q: Can this handle weighted tractor tires filled with calcium carbonate without corroding internally?

I use mine for every thing . Put steam on to ! Take pocket knife , let some air out ( blowing out the valve steam) then go ahead, if you think you got something on it , dunk it in some water , and shake it dry .
