This is a fabric background not crappy plastic. Fit perfect and looks great.

I wasn’t expecting it to be a literal piece of fabric. It’s was kinda annoying to deal with as I had to cut down an extra large piece to fit and partially wrap around my gecko’s tank. The double sided stickies are surprisingly really good if you actually clean off the outside of the tank as instructed. I tried to be lazy and double up the fabric instead of cutting it, but the weight is too heavy for said stickies. All that said, once you actually get it hung up, it looks pretty good! The print has a real 3D quality to it, so that’s nice. I don’t mind the fold marks neither do my geckos, but if you do, they can easily be smoothed out a steaming or your iron on its lowest setting.

So like most people I always read the reviews. I was on the hunt for a "contact paper " type background for our dragons tank and came across this item. I read all the neg reviews, as most people do and based on that I gathered this is a fabric material.Here are the pros and cons:I order a 72 by 17 in for my 40 gal tank.The images was OK at first glance but stands out a lot more under the lighting. It is definitely polyester which is not a bad material tbh. It comes folded so do expect wrinkles but you can easily put it in the dryer on steam setting if your ocd however it honestly doesn't need it as you will tension stretch it and Won't even see the wrinkles.You definitely need two people to set it up. One should hold top on both side of the tank while the other attaches the glue.ConThis only came with 4 measly sticky pieces that's is not nearly enough so I cut mine in half to get 8.They should certainly include more . I put one on bottom and top on the end side closer to the front of the frame and then one each on the tops of the rear and back-end of the sides.The image is pretty , they just need to provide you with more stickies.There is nothing wrong with fabric , actually prefer it because it can be vacuumed and best part no air bubbles, also means you can change out that backgrounds occasionally, so you reptile or fish don't get bored, the vendors title should just specify that it is fabric think it would be better for them.

Great resolution and better than most paper/vinyl wraps. I got this to replace an old vinyl wrap that was peeling off. Glad I did. Looks great, and I think my Leopard Gecko is happier!

The picture is amazing but this is not a cling type it is a cloth type with 4 sticky tabs to use outside glass. Still beautiful and will use it on one of my reptile enclosures that have a glass back.

I really like hanging these with some tax on the wall behind the enclosures so that I do not have to worry about using the proper adhesive inside of the tank. This is a beautiful background for a bearded dragon. This tank is 4 feet long. I can’t wait to get my adult beardie in this.

The picture is very realistic, doesn’t look cheesy and matches the aesthetic of my tank. It is a cloth/flag type material, not plastic. I ironed it first to get the creases out and it looks perfect.They send four pieces of double-sided tape, they are difficult to peel but work well.I’m really happy with it. Adds depth to the terrarium and also hides the cords in behind.

I was surprised when my order came. Instead of the old style plastic sheet backing, this backing is printed on cloth and looks amazing. Easy to iron out shipping wrinkles and super easy to apply.Not sure how long the dyes will be as vibrant as they are, but it looks stunning and there's no glare like with the old plastic backings

The background is a pretty durable fabric and the picture depicted was just what I needed for my leopard gecko. I have a 40 gallon tank and the background fit perfectly on the back.

I was looking for a backing for my terrarium. This was the best!!! Water doesn't damage it like it would cardboard. It is made out of a flag-like material that you adhere to your aquarium with double sided tape. You can back 3 sides of your aquarium if you want! My terrarium is build into out bar, so this option was ideal. To top it all off, there are many pictures to choose from and the price was great!!! Note, my backdrop was not secured in place yet in the accompanied picture, but held by some clothes pins.
