Great product. You don't need much . Just a few drops with give you a fantastic "hooky" glide for many massage modalities. It's also a great addition when using Kinesiotape. With the glide this provides you'll also save money on cream/lotion . This size will last a very long time .

Bottles came partially collapsed and sunken in. I'm assuming volume intact. Product seems ok.
