Earthborn Elements Spirulina 200 Capsules, Pure & Undiluted, No Additives

I discovered Spirulina while doing research for something else, and the benefits of it interested me. I’ve been taking it for several weeks now and I’m feeling great! I’m not saying that it has for sure played a part in weight loss as I’ve had several good life changes recently including a change in my eating habits, but since taking it I find it easier to say no to foods I don’t need at times and am not as hungry between meals. I haven’t had the chance to try to measure any weight loss in myself yet, but my coworkers and friends have mentioned it to me. It feels good to feel good! And it’s so good for you! I highly recommend anyone to try it as long as it doesn’t react with medication they’re already on. Yes, the smell and taste aren’t pleasant at all, but I’ll take that any day so I can have the added benefits from it.

Very nice! Boost my enery and blood oxygen! So many benefits. This does what i hoped it would and is legit to me. Powdered form is my fav but this is good if you're on the go or dont fell like mixing it with something.

Works like any average vitamin, w/a bit of a confidence boost.

Love this series, the book came in excellent condition.

First, lete say that I love this brand and have several supplements by them. My husband is on chemotherapy, and I got this to help with his overall health. After him taking it for a few months, there really hasn't been any change worth noting. That's not to say it wasn't doing anything beneficial, and it certainly doesn't hurt to take it but we just didn't notice any benefit to his blood pressure, cholesterol, or gut health. Add in the fact that this has a less than pleasant odor, well, it's not something we will continue to use.

They are my ideal pills for my daily life. I feel more active and energetic.

I prefer capsules than tablets, unfortunately most spirulina supplements are in tablet form. I’m happy to find this one that is capsule and no fillings.
