***Read until end*** Product came in great shape and clearly high-quality device. Very rare for a device like this to come with built-in storage and not force you to buy a memory card. Quality of sound is good even comes with tools when you plug into your computer if I will populate half a dozen tools for you to utilize. However I’ve had it for two weeks now and I am still struggling to understand how to use it properly the instructions are very confusing and not in proper English thankfully it does come with a six minute long video to teach you step-by-step but I still cannot come close to mastering it. The only issue I have with this device is the instructions I hope I can actually figure out how to use it because it seems like a great device.

I love this recorder! I looked at a lot of recorder ads before choosing this one. I'm glad I picked this one. It works great. It records my voice clearly, so clearly that the software I chose to translate my voice to text can translate it perfectly from this recorder. No modifications needed. And I'm not the greatest speaker in the world. It's made of a solid metal construction, but is light weight enough to be just what I need. The features of the recorder are robust to meet my needs. Easy to copy voice files to the computer for further editing or other things. It's one of the best choices I've made this year. I recommend it very highly. The support staff is great and helpful if you need them.

I must say it's a very nice item. However it looks like it carries some sort of virus. I plugged in to my old smartphone and my tablet. Both began to fail. The phone no longer turns on and my tablet restarts over and over again.

This does exactly what it's supposed to without any frills. It has one switch, you flip it on and it's recording, you turn it off and it saves the recording and that's it. No menus, no settings, no accidently deleting recordings. It just works and the audio quality is very surprising. In testing I could clearly capture voices from across the room and they sounded like they were right next to me. To get the recordings off all you do is plug it in to a computer and it shows up as a external drive. It does come with a USB dongle that you can plug headphones in and listen to recordings.

I got this for my lecture recording. Mini, light weight, and magnetic feature makes it easy to carry around and attach. There's only two buttons + and - on the recorder, besides the 3-options slides, so the instructions to play, pause, playback and forward need to be practiced to be familiar. The package includes instruction manual and has You tube video link for visual learner. Good customer service. I emailed my question and was replied within two days. There is also a hearing aid function, which is pretty cool. To me its too loud on my ear, but I think it will be helpful for people who have hearing problem (not total deafness or have nerve damage).

Difficulty to set up and figure out

He leído muchas opiniones negativas acerca del producto, y aunque concuerdo con algunas, como el hecho de que la grabación por voz no es útil, y que no es muy compatible con mac y que me es muy difícil convertir las grabaciones de wav a mp3 y me quita mucho el tiempo; la verdad es que este mes cumplí el año con mi grabadora y estoy satisfecha porque para el uso que le doy me ha servido a la perfección, y he podido escuchar las grabaciones desde mi Mac sin problema. Pero no niego que tiene muchos contras que ya mencione antes.

El motivo principal de la devolución es que es de 8GB, compré una de 16 GB no de 8. desconozco si en Mac se puede sincronizar la fecha. Las Instrucciones impresas vienen en inglés a tener en cuenta Tiene buena cara la grabadora se ve bien hecho, es muy práctica. Lástima.

Muy útil la he usado para diversos eventos y trabaja muy bien tiene alta capacidad y muy buena nitidez de grabación aparte de que por su tamaño de ser necesario pasa inadvertida. Muy recomendable

Acabo de recibir el producto y muy claro dice 8Gb y mi pago fue por una mayor capacidad, llamo a atención al cliente, que no se puede hacer nada hasta el martes 7:00pm, mientras yo la ocupo mañana en un proyecto escolar, así que no tengo opción que quedarme con algo de menor precio.Después de utilizarla más decepción todavía, el sonido pésimo, al reproducir la grabación se escucha muy bajo el sonido, es un pésimo producto, lo regresaré, no pienso quedarme con él, es un desperdicio de dinero.
