Premium quality (haven’t used it yet)
I have not worn this yet but the fabric feels like it’s made of high quality material. The inner lining adds a luxurious feel. The groin area is constructed out of cotton making it more breathable. The edges, including the cuffs are reinforced. Again, I haven’t worn it but I can immediately tell the construction and fabric are good quality. A lot of thought seems to have gone into reinforcing the corners and edges to add durability. I bought the white gi and the color really shines. I think it’s a good quality for the money, especially since I am getting it on sale. I can’t speak to the shrinkage or how it’s going to do with wear and tear but out of the package it just feels like premium quality. I would be even better had it come with an option for a belt.

THICK and Good quality
Id say only get this only if you compete in tournaments. Id suggest getting a lighter gi for training Ju Jitsu. However this has been a really awesome gi for me and my sister. Didn’t really shrink much. And obv don’t throw it in the dryer. I’ve always hung it up to dry. Value if good. Durability is amazing. Smells good after a good machine wash. Easy to clean.

Original Post: January 2016This is now my second Sanabul Gi that I have purchased. I was so pleased with the essentials light weight Gi that I decided to try the professional competition GI. This Gi is equally as good as the essentials gi, it is light weight, comfortable, and fun to roll in. I'm 5'-10" 225lbs and I ordered the A3, it does fit me a little on the big side, the jacket shrunk nicely after two hot washes, but the pants are just a little too long. I'd say they are at least 3 inches too long for me, I end up having to fold them up at the bottom so that I'm not stepping on the pant legs. It's a shame because the pants are great, I prefer rip stop material which is what these are. But that is a minor detail, I still like this Gi. It's crazy because not a lot of people know about Sanabul, most of my training buddies have given me compliments on this gi and are especially impressed when I tell them the price. Keep up the good work Sanabul!Updated Post: 4-20-16So I have a few different gis, a sanabul essentials, this gi, nova tatami, hayabusa, atama and I have to admit the highlights pro is my least favorite. I purchased it because I really like the sanabul essentials gi. The essentials is light but also very soft. The highlight pro is also light but the material is just too rough on my skin. I usually use fabric softener when I wash but the fabric still feels rough on the touch. jacket feels stiff and not easy to move around in. I'm not a big fan of the pants, they are light but the fabric is just too thin. Pants also feel uncomfortable to roll in. One of my training buddies made a comment that my gi feels like sand paper, that's a slight over exaggeration but still you get the idea. I don't mean to knock Sanabul because I really like the eseentails gi and the grappling shorts.

It’s Great
I really like the design, construction and materials used in this gi. They should indicate better that the material of the pants and the lapels is ripstop (I like this feature some people may not). The cotton of the jacket is really good. I will buy the black version of this gi soonAlso the cut of this gi is very nice, it’s slim but comfortable (not tight anywhere). Just make sure to check their sizing chart (I am A2 in most other brands and in Sanabul I order A1 ands fits perfect). It does not shrink much even if you try to.

The quality of this gi is exceptional and it is a good looking gi as well
I felt compelled to write a review without having actually rolled in this gi yet because I was really blown away by the quality of this gi. I will update my review if I feel in any way it deserves less than 5 stars. The quality of this gi is exceptional and it is a good looking gi as well. I'm 5' 10" and 190 lbs and I ordered the A2. The fit was great although for me, I could've had the sleeves about an inch shorter. This is a minor concern for me but I wanted to point it out as it is the only even remotely negative comment I can make. The pants fit perfect and the drawstring is circular (like the drawstring in a hoodie but larger) rather than flat. The flat drawstring on my previous gi has twisted up, so the circular design on the Sanabul drawstring makes sense. The orange accents on the pants and shirt look great as do the Sanabul logos. This gi is of better quality than my other gi that I spent 50% more on. I am extremely happy with this purchase and no doubt will pick up a second one in blue.

Good gi for me as a beginner. I think the anti-odor works too. Also, its good looking.
This is a good gi, as far as I can tell as a beginner. I like the material, and the stitch work looks very well done. Its thinner than other students gi's in my class, and It looks really good too. The blue is very bright, and so is the green lettering. A girl in the class gave me a compliment on it too.I still havent broken it in, so my review may change, but so far it is comfortable and good looking gi.Now... it was a little big (i think). Its hard for me to say because I am new to gi's. But... rather it too big than too small because I can shrink it down.So far no smell so Im assuming the anti-odor is working.I think This gi will be a great first gi for me.

Absolutely love it!
Absolutely love this gi! I’m 5’10.5-5’11, 185 lbs, fairly athletic build. The size chart matched me with A2, which is what I got. Jacket sleeve length is w/in standard length. Pants are a little big around the waist, but the drawstring makes it non-issue; I like that I can shrink it if needed. It feels great to train in & it looks amazing(got alot of compliments). Great for the price!
